Thank you for joining the founding cohort of the Spark Workshop. This release covers photography, recording, and quotation during the session and the follow-up materials. You may grant some, all, or none of the permissions below.

Permissions

Photography & Video I grant Radical Imagination permission to photograph and record video during the workshop and to use those images in promotional materials, website, social media, and funder reports.

Attributed Quotation I grant permission to quote my verbal or written feedback with my full name and organization for testimonial, case study, funder, and press use.

Anonymous Quotation I grant permission to quote my feedback anonymously (e.g., "a nonprofit leader said…") without attribution to my name or organization.

Follow-up Correspondence I opt in to follow-up emails about the Spark workshop, including a thank-you with materials, an invitation to office hours, and (opt-in only) future cohort announcements.

What We Will Not Do

Share your private notes, state files, or the content of your agents with anyone outside Radical Imagination without your explicit permission.
Sell or share your contact information with third parties.
Use your likeness in a way that implies endorsement of a product or service unrelated to the Spark workshop without additional written consent.
Photograph or quote you if you have unchecked the corresponding boxes above.

Your Rights

You may withdraw any of these permissions in writing at any time. We will stop using new materials that depend on the withdrawn permission within 14 days.
You may request the deletion of any photograph or quotation attributed to you by emailing create@radicalimagination.xyz.
You may request a copy of any materials we have collected about you.
